Random Movie Sneak Peek : Batman: The Dark Knight

Considered by many to be the blockbuster hit of the summer, the sixth installment in the Batman series, The Dark Knight, releases across the nation on Friday, July 18, 2008.
This film reunites the “dream team” behind Batman Begins, including Writer/Director/Producer Christopher Nolan and actors Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman and Morgan Freeman. Heath Ledger also stars, as The Joker, and his performance as a psychotic villain has fans and critics alike anticipating a posthumous Oscar nomination.
The Dark Knight has the industry buzzing from a technical/production standpoint as well. Featuring six sequences filmed with IMAX cameras, this movie marks the first time ever that a major feature film has been even partially shot using IMAX cameras. This revolutionary integration of the two film formats will be shown in IMAX theatres across the country under the title The Dark Knight: The IMAX Experience.
