Informative. Went to the tournament this year through an event planning company, River City Hospitality. It was my company's first endeavor in a corporate package at a golf tournament. I did that on April 18th, and was told I would receive my gas card in the mail in 3 or 4 weeks. I gave it about 6 weeks and called the dealership, manager said they have had others complain of not getting their gas card either and would make sure mine would go in the mail that week and that was about 4 weeks ago and I still have not received my $25.00 gas card. I question why can a company go to shows and offer false promises? The exhibit has the most extensive display of props and costumes; the tribute to Gene Roddenberry is wonderfully done; the original saucer section of the Enterprise-D from the motion picture is one of the first things you encounter when you enter the exhibit; the Guardian of Forever is magnificently displayed using the original voice; there are excerpts of many of the best episodes and motion pictures; the TOS and TNG bridges are re-created to spec; and you can even beam out and back from the Transporter Room. There are more "extras" that cost you nothing more. Bring a good camera and be prepared to spend several hours there. It won't matter whether you're a casual fan or a die hard Trekkie - there's something for everyone. This is NOT a convention - it's an exhibit that's about the size of two football fields.
