Star Wars: The Clone Wars : Midnight Shows in San Diego

Can’t make it out to the US Premiere of Star Wars: The Clone Wars? You can still be one of the first to catch the latest Star Wars movie at a midnight show.
George Lucas takes the Star Wars galaxy to yet another plane in this ground breaking CG-animated feature film. Star Wars: The Clone Wars gives the audience a glimpse into the infamous Clone Wars, where Jedi Knights defend the galaxy from the evil of the Dark Side.
Popular Star Wars characters including Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Padme Amidala, Chancellor Palpitane, Count Dooku and General Grievous return and new heroes and villains are introduced, including Anakin’s Padawan learner, Ahsoka Tano; Clone Commander Captain Rex; and Count Dooku’s most trusted assassin, Asajj Ventress.

Want to be one of the first to see the latest Star Wars movie? Select theaters in San Diego will be featuring a special midnight showing of Star Wars: The Clone Wars on Thursday, August 14, 2008 (the show starts at 12:01 am, which is technically August 15, 2008).

The San Diego Star Wars Society will be at the Mira Mesa Edwards theater starting Thursday August 14th, thru Sunday the 17th helping to promote The Clone Wars movie. We will have several Star Wars costumed members on hand to pose for pictures with theater goers. We hope to see you there!
